      you concern about losing them. mines did

      that target the belly like different kind of crunches. you can try to get a
      total of 600 crutches of any kind. 200 in the morning 2 in the evening and
      2 at night before bed. it’s easier than it sounds.

      You will lose 0 fat this way. what hundreds of crunches do is work the
      muscle, however, unless you are very unhealthy and weak to begin with, you
      will not see much development at all through doing this because it is not
      challenging enough for the body to force growth. and it does not burn fat
      because no aerobic respiration is taking place. this is an ANaerobic
      exercise, if you want to burn fat you need to focus on exercises which
      either increase the heart rate for a prolonged period (10-30 mins), HIIT
      workouts are perfect for this, or do huge compound moves which demand a
      huge amount of energy from the body such as deadlifts and squats.

      sadly cannot be targeted. the good news is if you store fat on your belly
      easier than anywhere else, then you lose it from your belly easier than
      anywhere else. but no matter how you train, fat will not diminish from one
      area any differenntly to how it always would.

      diet and exercise and commitment. Still need to catch up with the routine

      it easy becoz of my shoulder, I use pillow for my elbows and arms for extra
      cushion when doing this workout. Other than that, I am doing good, This is
      a one of a hell of workout, even though its hard, I love it!!!!
