    many people focus on exercising too much and therefore do not see results!

  3. I’m training to try and get into pro wrestling school and I find ab
    workouts on the floor kill my neck to so this will definitely be better
    for my neck. By the way you don’t look like you’ve ever had kids and your
    very pretty. 

    1. This is great! Especially for someone who has had multiple abdominal
      surgeries and can’t do traditional abdominal exercises. Could you maybe do
      standing abs video with the kettlebell?

    doing the work outs starting out I just did what I could and push myself to
    go further or do more with each day.

    1. As I mentioned already that these Ab exercises are showing a difference.
      Now I’m starting to notice that I’m somewhat developing muscles showing on
      upper part of my Abs. So thrilled, I’m not that young either, & these
      exercises R working. Thanks for sharing them Laura

  6. I’ve just started today your abs programs, i’m gonna do it 2 times a day
    (in the morning and in the evening), hope to see results very soon, finger
    crossed

    1. +rawrrockiegurl i’ve stopped after 3 days because i had a surgery ,in may,
      on my right lung and it still hurts 🙁
      Hope to start again next month without pain.

  7. Just saw this and started doing tonight. I’m pretty overweight and am
    trying to my best at fighting it. I am glad I can do them standing up
    because I have had knee surgery and my lower back hurts when I do laying
    down exercises. Thanks!

    1. Hi Stephanie. These are exercises that are not good for the diastasis
      recti, Movements where the upper body twists and the arm on that side
      extends away from the body, such as “triangle pose.”Exercises that require
      lying backward over a large exercise ball.Yoga postures that stretch the
      abs, such as “cow pose,” “up-dog,” all backbends, and “belly
      breathing.”Abdominal exercises that flex the upper spine off the floor or
      against the force of gravity such as: as crunches, oblique curls,
      “bicycles,” roll ups/roll downs, etc.Pilates mat and reformer exercises
      that utilize the “head float” position, upper body flexion, or double leg
      extension.Any exercise that causes your abdominal wall to bulge out upon
      exertion.
