    health… but using the word PLAY… living life and loving it and having
    fun is a big part of true health

  2. Play is so important for health and just enjoying life. It’s funny that I
    never see that childish playfulness except when I’m spending time with out
    fruit flies :)

    your life are definitely important, and I think they will lead to more
    sustainable change. Great video, and a lovely story!

  4. Oh man! What a great story! I love that because I eat cooked vegan with
    maybe 1/3 of the time raw meals, but was thinking to be high raw again as
    spring comes…hoping for more energy…this confirms!

    1. You might gain but you won’t get gain fat on your body, they’re incredibly
      low in fat, but high in nutrients :) it’ll only do good. :)

  6. Thank you for this motivational and inspiring video. I’m trying to go raw,
    but finding it to be so hard, because I have a really bad addiction to
    cooked food. I guess my personal motivation would be cycling, going to the
    gym, and just being outside most of the time.

  7. A genius doesn’t need more energy unless they want to become hypomanic and
    be put on mood stabilizers. I maintain that you are essentially naive.

    1. +synchromorph WHAT is that based on?

      Not to be elementary-school-like but you are the one sounding naive because
      you can NOT overeat on raw food — the body simply denies any extra
      nutrients and dumps it. This is not true with beef and it causes troubles.

      You want to be on mood stabilizers go on sugar. And notice this poison is
      life saving in the event of ER visits and doses drop by drop for a reason
      — ultimate stability. (As with titration methods used when even dosing
      Baking Soda into the blood to treat acidosis which is fairly common side
      effect of many other conditions, BTW. I’ll leave you to read more
      wikipedia. ;D )
