    2. The good thing about losing weight though would be that if/when you do lose
      weight your bottom/boobs will be more apparent; they’ll look just as big,
      proportionately wise.

    hurting more than the actual abs ????
    I will try this again and see if it works.

    1. Well, I’ve been trying and didn’t even feel the burn in my abs at all.

  9. I will try these. I have joint issues with my hips, knee & lower back. This
    takes the pressure out of lying on the hard floor which is painful.
